Ladies and Gentlemen,

Welcome to the website of the law firm based in Gdańsk. I started my legal activity in 2005 and I specialize in three areas of law:

1. criminal law

2. real estate law

3. economic law

Specialization in strictly defined areas of law allowed me to conduct about 2000 cases and legal proceedings throughout the entire period of my activity, and to gain experience necessary to solve even the most complex legal issues, which at the same time constitute life problems for my clients. While conducting legal proceedings, I strive to maximize the effect and achieve the assumed goal.

I invite you to a meeting at the Law Firm, where we will discuss your legal problem and find a solution to it, and we will determine the details of possible cooperation, including strategy and tactics. The fee for conducting the case is always determined at the meeting, depending on the degree of its complexity and the necessary workload.

I conduct court proceedings mainly in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, but at the request of clients, I also deal with cases throughout the country and the European Union. While providing legal services, I am fluent in English, German and Russian - for this reason I am also a member of the Committee on Foreign Cooperation and Human Rights at the District Bar Council in Gdańsk.

In criminal and penal fiscal cases, I help my clients at all stages of criminal proceedings, starting from obtaining a letterhead, preparation for explanations and charges, European arrest warrant, temporary arrest, surety, negotiations with law enforcement authorities, negotiations with victims, and ending with court proceedings and executive regulations (electronic supervision, conversion of a prison sentence into a fine or community service, conditional release, fiscal penal code). I construct a line of defense, both aimed at the conditional discontinuance of the case or acquittal, and at the mitigation of liability by obtaining the most lenient punishment (extraordinary mitigation, suspensions, electronic supervision). I represent both suspects (accused) and victims. In real estate matters, I help my clients in court proceedings regarding real estate and transaction supervision, abolition of joint ownership, adaptation of attics, regulating land and mortgage registers, concluding settlements, establishing succession management, inheritance proceedings, permanent legal services, flipping, lease, investments, construction and analysis contracts, advice in negotiations, debt collection, establishing companies (including with foreign capital), building business activity patterns in the field of real estate, tax advisory related to real estate business activities (more in the "Specialization: Real estate" tab).
